Pres. Barack Obama

Dear Mr. Obama:

Please review the attached proposal for the United States National Healthcare Reform. I believe it is the only plan that produces what we need most -- radical change in physician behavior.

This plan, which I call Healthcare Plan A, corrects the fundamental flaws in our current failed healthcare system. It reestablishes the first priority of providing necessary care for health. It creates a direct relationship between patient and physician, and ensures that the doctor will provide the attention and respect that the patient needs. It will provide much better medical care at far less cost. It solves the crisis in primary care by attracting physicians back to that field. It bolsters medical training in insightful clinical diagnostics, at both the doctoral and postdoctoral levels. It can cover every American citizen. And it completely restructures the economics of healthcare.

Now is the time for "We the People," the citizen consumers of healthcare, to demand we get the healthcare that we deserve and so badly need.

Thank you for your consideration.

                                                                         Sincerely,

                                                                                                                                                      William C. Daly, M.D.
